Our paint process begins with the preparation of your part, removing rust, grease, oil, laser scale and welding slag using:

• Chemical process includes a  six-stage wash process
• Mechanical processes include manual sanding, vibratory or outsourced shot blast

To ensure a quality coating, your part is inspected before entering the paint booth and again after the paint process to ensure quality and durability.
